SHOPPING
IN THE CITY
Las Vegas is a hub for outlet malls,
with numerous offerings scattered throughout the area.
Grand Canal Shoppes, (in the Venetian) - Another massive
shopping area that features the tacky objets d'art shop featured in
Martin Bashir's interview with Michael Jackson.
Boulevard
Mall
Located only a few minutes from downtown, this shopping
center is filled with all the best department stores, restaurants and
shops. Shoppers are offered over a million square feet to discover over
140 shops like Forever 21, Express, Victoria’s Secret, Yankee
Candle and Pacific Sun at this mall.
Las
Vegas Outlet Center, (a few miles south of Mandalay Bay) -
120 outlet stores in an indoor setting complete with two food courts.
Las
Vegas Premium Outlets - At the gateway of Downtown, 120
designer and name-brand outlets including Coach, Lacoste, Polo Ralph
Lauren and more.
Le
Boulevard
at Paris Las Vegas has quite an attractive appeal with its warm colors,
welcoming storefronts and cobblestone pathways. A true charmer among
shopping centers, Le Boulevard has something for everyone,
from chocolatiers to children's stores and gourmet cafes to gift shops.
Here, visitors enjoy casual strolls while they look at
the food, jewelry and accessories at this great shopping spot.
Town
Square about 1 km south of Mandalay, is a new outdoor mall
in the shape of a small Mediterranean town and stands out as such
amidst all the other, air-conditioned indoor malls in Vegas. The idea
of open-air shopping in the heat of the desert might seem crazy at
first thought, but an extensive network of trees, shadow alleys and
water sprayers let you actually enjoy sunny afternoons outside. All
shops and restaurants have their own, distinguished one- or two-storey
houses. The town actually centers around a real town square featuring
trees, ice-cream and coffee stands and benches to rest. The mall has a
huge book store and city's only outlet of Swedish fashion store
"H&M".
Caesars
Palace Forum Shops - The Forum Shops at Caesars boasts a
unique atmosphere that simulates ancient Roman streets and has no
visual rival in the world. More than 160 stores create a retail
attraction similar to the Via Condotti, Rodeo Drive or Madison Avenue.
Where else can you shop at high-fashion stores among dazzling
surroundings, including fountains, statues and facades? The Forum Shops
offers fabulous shopping in a visually stunning atmosphere!
